C-Frame Thermal Press (Heat Staking & Heat Sealing)

This is our most popular and versatile thermal press.
The rear column provides 8.5" deep frame clearance. The table size is 11"
deep by 14" wide with both TPI pallet mounting and ultrasonic fixture
mounting detail. The air cylinder-actuator is available in 1" to 4"
diameter 4" stroke. Extended height column can allow easy mounting
to rotary table systems.

Features:
- The interposer dispensing
system can fit any TPI precision thermal presses.
- The pneumatically operated
dispensing system is fully automatic in operation and can be programmed
to fit virtually any application, i.e. number of machine cycles before interposer
is dispensed.
- This system eliminates
the possibility of operator error in the placement and use of interposer
material during the heat sealing of heat seal connectors.
- Standard manual feed
button to conveniently cycle the interposer dispensing system under
manual operation.
- The interposer is easily
loaded and threaded through the interposer dispensing system.
