Position Available: CNC Programmer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated CNC Programmer to program from solid files provided by our engineers. Candidate must be able to communicate written and verbal instruction with the machinist. In this roll you will work closely with the manufacturing manager and engineers and work with manufacturing manager to keep the work schedule within the shop.
Aside from having the required technical and trade skills it is essential that our employees have a professional attitude and stellar work ethic.
Requirements
CNC Programmer / Machinist job Duties and skills:
- Minimum of ten years of relevant work experience
- Program using Mastercam 2023/2024
- Experience in CNC operations including set-ups
- Experience using CNC Vertical, CNC-Lathes
- Experience with high-speed machining
- Experience machining a variety of materials
- Oversee complex set-ups with the machinists
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to document and communicate both written and verbally in the English language
- Willingness to pitch in with the team during a crunch; ability to work periodic overtime
- Ability to work from verbal instructions
- 3D programming

- Compensation negotiable, ideal range is $40-45/hour (Overtime pay at 1.5 times, when appropriate)
